回忆起我初中时的经历，我发现入团的过程相对来说是比较轻松的。当时只要达到一定的年龄，并且在各方面表现良好，大多数同学都能顺利加入共产主义青年团。

然而，如今，共青团员的选拔标准日益提高。首先，年龄要求在14岁左右，这是一个基本条件。其次，必须具备出色的表现和突出的才能，这是选拔的重要指标。最后，需要经过一系列严格的审核程序，才能正式成为一名共青团员。这些选拔条件的提高旨在选拔出最优秀的青年人才，为共青团的发展注入新的活力。

近年来，我们学校每年只有200个名额供学生加入团队，这个数量在每个年级和班级中分配，实在是非常有限。因此，经常有家长或熟人打电话来询问他们孩子是否能够入团。

然而，加入团队是一项严肃的事情，所有程序都必须公开透明，需要经过民主表决和民主评议。此外，要成为团队的一员，必须先接受入团积极分子的培训，只有通过合格的培训后，才能转为正式的团队成员。

在评选入团积极分子时，我们需要综合考虑学生的成绩、表现和政治态度，这三个方面缺一不可。

加入一个团队确实不是一件容易的事情，因此我们应该尽快行动起来。
